SUBMISSION TERMS & LICENSE AGREEMENT

By submitting content (including videos, images, text, or audio) to Lords of Byron Bay (“us”) through Instagram, email, or any other method—or by allowing us to reshare your content—you agree to the following:

1. License to Use

1.1 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, edit, repost, and share your content across any media platforms. This includes, without limitation, the right to reproduce, change, and communicate the content to the public and to authorise others to do the same.

1.2 This license includes use in connection with promoting, developing, or maintaining the Lords of Byron Bay brand, page, or related projects.

1.3 You consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe your moral rights. If your content includes material in which a third party has moral rights, you confirm they have provided the same consent.

2. Ownership

2.1 You retain full ownership of your content.
2.2 This agreement does not transfer your copyright. It simply grants us permission to use the content as outlined above.

3. Your Warranties

You confirm that:

3.1 You have all necessary rights to the content;

3.2 You have obtained consent from any person clearly visible or identifiable in the content; and

3.3 The content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Use in Content and Campaigns

4.1 You acknowledge that your content may be included in posts or communications involving third-party collaborations, features, promotions, or community initiatives related to Lords of Byron Bay.

5. No Obligation to Post

5.1 We are not obligated to use any submitted content.
5.2 We may choose to remove your content at any time without notice.
5.3 We are not obligated to credit or tag you when content is posted.

6. Responsibility and Indemnity

6.1 You agree to take full responsibility for the content you submit.

6.2 You agree not to submit content that:

6.3 You release us from any liability related to submitted content, including claims involving copyright, privacy, or required permissions.

6.4 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lords of Byron Bay, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (each an "Indemnified Party") from and against any costs, damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to your breach of these Terms.

7. Modification

7.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or modify submitted content at any time.

8. Privacy

8.1 Submitted content may be publicly visible. Please avoid including private or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being seen and shared.

9. No Third-Party Use Without Permission

9.1 Submitted content is licensed solely for use by Lords of Byron Bay.
9.2 No third party (including media outlets, aggregators, or news sites) is permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or use the content without obtaining separate written permission from either the original content owner or Lords of Byron Bay (as licensee).
9.3 Any unauthorised use may result in takedown requests or legal action.
